About Dallam Summer Activity Weeks

23rd July 24th August 2007

Adventures start at DallamÉ.why be stuck in camp when there’s a fantastic range of mountains, rivers and caves all around you? You’ll discover the REAL outdoors with us; we are very keen to foster a connection to the outdoor environment for students young and old and will be working hard to involve everyone mentally and physically in all that they do. Just look below at what’s on offer this summerÉ..over FIVE weeks!

Important Information

Times
All courses start at 9.00am at the Heversham site of Dallam School, and will finish at 5.00pm. There will be an introductory meeting at 9.00am (for approx. _ hour) each Monday (or the first day of your course if a different day) with the Summer School Manager.

Equipment
All our activities are led by our experienced and fully qualified instructors. Specialist equipment is provided, but make sure you wear clothing and footwear suitable for each activity as well as a full change of clothing (see also "What to Bring").

Programme
We take into account that many of you will want to join us for more than one week, so we do vary activities and locations as much as possible when we plan our programmes.

Transport
Unfortunately this year we are unable to offer transport to and from the Centre due to new driving license regulations. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. The length of the day has, however been extended to allow working parents flexibility in dropping and picking up children.

Safety
Dallam Training & Education Centre is approved under the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA) and adheres to stringent safety guidelines. The centre only employs qualified and suitably experienced Instructors.
